I’d rather have kept Jones in midfield and played McLoughlin at centre back. That would minimise disruption. Now there’s 2 positions disrupted.
I'm sure I read somewhere McLoughlin's injured, no?

I’d have started Scott ahead of Eaves. They’ve both been poor but Scott is by far the better player and has had fewer chances to prove himself than Eaves has had.

A forced change for the Gills, as Cundy our CB I believe is injured. I should add our defence had been much improved with his introduction to the team from January. Ogilivie is more than capable of filling the gap, but will the change alter the dynamics of the team, it does make me a tad nervy.

What's the lad Macdonald like?

Our threat (Gills) comes down the right, normally from Graham main player (balls into the box) - Dempsey, absolute workhorse, Oliver on form striker, and long throws into the pen area from Jackson. Threats from the left would Ogilvie but with him stuck at the back due the Cundy injury, we will be looking for another MOM performance from MacDonald. Tucker is a good young lad at the back, needs an experienced head alongside him, just hope Ogilvie can instill the same confidence to avoid any stupid errors.
