That is correct. Nowhere near enough. He’s quality this lad - Wolves would be mad to sell permanently IMO.I was thinking he meant not enough.

Only a year extension, so only has a year left,Didn't he sign a new contract with Wolves before he went on loan?
They want 2m if they decide to let him go hence we are offering it
I doubt that's right but let's hope that is all they want.
i remember you shouting for Jones to be played as well, and his first game when he came on in the second half he scored one of the best goals i've seen from Sunderland and showed passion and determination to win the ball a chip over the goalie messi would be proud of , and from one of the most acute angles ive ever seen.Whilst there are a few of your comments some people would find it difficult to agree with. I can see you are a true fan, who is not afraid of speaking his mind whether it be controversial or not, and who has the ability to call some shots as you see them, even against my judgment that has had the whole board agreeing with you.People like myself and @Makemstine Roger have realised his potential from the start, even when he had his doubters. It’s great to see he’s finally proved people wrong and it would be class if he’s here for another season.
£10m - give yersel a shake.
Whilst he is playing well, let’s not forget he’s playing against Div1 players. No way will he cost anywhere near £10m, and if that’s what Wolves demand we should walk away coz there’s better out there for £10m IMHO.
Don’t get me wrong, we should try to buy him, but only at a realistic price.
I also think any deal will depend on the player and whether or not he wants to sign for us, or make more money elsewhere.
Time will tell, but I’m not getting over excited, though I’m confident our new regime will try to get the “right” deal for all parties if there’s a deal to be done.

This is absolutely the kind of sensible loan policy we need to be implementing. If we can't get him permanently, then extend the loan for another season and see where we are then.
Other regimes would waste that money on a poorer player.
Just going to bed, gonna have nightmares now. Cheers mateLike signing N'Dong instead of M'Vila
I genuinely can't recall anyone "doubting" him. If anything, there were posts on here calling for him to start, and wondering what he had to do to get a start. There were posts questioning why we bothered getting him in on loan, but again, that was more to do with him not getting game time, not questioning his ability.People like myself and @Makemstine Roger have realised his potential from the start, even when he had his doubters. not wishing to get into a he said she said type of thing mate but the first to say play him was Wolfy, i knew because i agree with him,he did have dissenters saying settled defence and can't break up a winning defence. i won't name names as its water under the bridge, and i would rather not go there, but when Sandy finally got his chance at this standard he is one of the best and will grow as we do, I can see him going all the way to PL standard like Jones and these are the type of players we need if we are serious about rapid improvement. On a personal note I would like to thank you for the great contributions you have added to this board since joining, you and a lot of others who came over have made significant improvements here and i thank you all long may it continue.I genuinely can't recall anyone "doubting" him. I cant see who he has "proved wrong", as you put it.

I remember when you criticised Willis for being at fault. I watched him more closely and he does get caught under the flight of the ball a lot for a central defender. Especially near the end of a game when the ball is getting lofted into the area.Willis is the one. The one in a formerly typical 1-1 scoreline. I hope we sign the right one.

Looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights at times.
