Anybody else think Sky are pushing Women’s Football too hard? Like ok we get it, you’re championing equality and all that but just do it quietly bro, there’s nobody sat there thinking “If only women’s footy was on the tele I’d be all over it, willing to pay more for my bill, but it’s not”.

Was only talking about this today funnily enough.
They can push it all they want, it won’t make people watch it.
I like watching footie, but wouldn’t watch a game between 2 conference level sides that I have no allegiance to.
The standard of women’s football is ****e. Not saying it to be controversial, it just is. I’d imagine most women who like football, would prefer to watch the men, as the standard is better.

Good horse, Dancing Brave. Won the Guineas, The Eclipse, The King George and The Arc. Probably should have won The Derby too but for jockey error

When he comes back from his latest injury he will hopefully recover his best form before his next injury.

The media and pundits think Kane is “cute” or “clever” when he does this rather than vilifying him, and Kane will only stop when someone breaks his neck or back from landing badly as a consequence of Kane’s actions.

For the first incident - i actually thought Maguire didn’t look at Laca and certainly did move or make the back like Kane does and Laca went over the top of him rather than Maguire backing in to Laca.

the second one Laca is facing away from Pogba and ball watching (he does that a lot) and Pogba jumps over the back of Laca who doesn’t know he is coming and he certainly didn’t move towards Pogba.

this isn’t a anti Spurs thing, it’s highlighted how Kane gets away with it and if he wasn’t England skipper and golden boy he would be slated for it

He's literally being slated for it on Sky:

They're always pushing this snide **** on him, because he doesn't play for one of their favoured clubs:

    ****ing Arsenal victims.

51 as a sub ... he's getting a good run at it now and he's also matured a lot ... remains to be seen if he can keep it going

Pretty sure Carragher kept saying he was clever/streetwise and brilliant.

Hardly slating him for pointing out his "clever" tactics.

It's a snide, bullshit way of criticising him when he's not doing anything wrong.
Neville did exactly the same thing yesterday on the penalty, calling it "clever" and suggesting that people wouldn't like it.

I just wanted to gauge how much you woulda seen him play and how much of a fan you actually are of his. Cos your love for a guy who played for Utd was a bit weird

Yeah as they’re ex top level pro’s and they know exactly what he does, including yesterday.

He’s got loads of form for it, and tbf he’s good at it, but it’s still proper snide. You’ll just never admit it as he’s a spud.
