Here’s the terms for the poll.
Peej proposed a bet with Tel and the loser of the bet deletes their account. The bet (proposed by Peej) was that Everton would finish above United in the 20/21 season. Tel agreed to the bet when United were several points behind high-flying Everton. Tel knew that if United did not finish above Everton his account would be permanently deleted.
Brb refused to be involved at this stage and explicitly said he would not be deleting accounts as it breaks the site.
Tel has argued since that the loser of the bet should voluntarily retire their keyboards. Peej did not contest this until after Everton began to plummet down the table and United solidified themselves inside the top 4 places. Peej now argues the bet was never agreed by overlord brb and is therefore fully void.
What should happen?

I think Peej is squirming and possibly welching on a technicality to have enforced flounce rather than deletion.
to get clarity on this point of contention what we need is a poster that is both a welcher of bets and a legal hotshot.
