Perhaps Captain U turn doesn't know who that person is given that all leaders are guilty of it apart from Tony Blair, Maggie and Adolf Hitler who were all blessed so they believed with the thought that they were always right. Only party activists, Fleet Street and political morons think that it is a weakness to reconsider your positon as arguments develop and more knowledge is gained. It appears the way the police identified the current suspect (himself a police officer) in the abduction (and probable murder) of Sarah Everard is by cameras on a house bell and on a bus.
Worth remembering that, the next time the Human Rights brigade complain that cameras in the street breach their rights. If this man is guilty, not only would the crime against Sarah probably have gone unsolved, but the predator would continue preying on innocent young women

This is sad news as I use JL quite a bit and have always found them brilliant. The store in Reading is a bit like Are you being served Grace Bros complete with a Captain Peacock and Mr Humphries. I guess maybe that’s the problem in modern times? I hope they manage to do better when things are normal as they are one of the good guys.

It’s desperately sad news for the family and I had wished she would be found safe but after watching that spokesman yesterday morning I knew then that they knew she was dead. He obviously admitted to it and revelled where the body was. If it wasn’t her he wouldn’t be getting charged with murder. Horrid thing to happen to that girl.
Incredibly sad. I don't think the suspect has been charged yet, has he? But I suspect that will be coming shortly, once the body has been identified.
I believe from my limited experience that they won’t charge until they have enough evidence. I have no doubt it’s him as the police knew exactly where to search. He may have made things hard for them due to his experience.
Also I totally agree with your comments about having cameras as they have solved many crimes and without them the majority of criminals would have either walked or never been found. The HR mob can go a do one. Simply, cameras are all over the place because there are criminals about.

Agree it may have been premature and believe me I wish I was wrong. It’s just when they charged him it became obvious IMO.
The only other thing (which I hope I’m also wrong with) is if it isn’t her remains and it’s someone else’s, then that would make him a serial killer and I hope that’s not the case.

Yeah sorry, getting ahead of myself. I meant ‘being questioned on suspicion of murder’. If it goes on much after today then it maybe because he has covered his tracks or something more sinister. If he was innocent he would have been released by now.
