well he did miss so you could say yes. attempted assault <laugh>

btw it was you who brought up the whole "court of law means it's correct" arguement

Did I?

All i'm saying is that I think Knox is as guilty as sin, you say she's not because there was "No evidence".

There is plenty of evidence most of it circumstantial but the fact remains that Rudy Guede has been found guilty of the killing and he did act with others, Knox I believe was one of those others but the weight of publicity has seen her walk free as a bird.

If I was a Jury member on her trial I would have found her guilty.

how do you know he acted with others? Is that an assumption or a fact?

Let's get back to the programme.

I hope it highlights the fact very strongly that Rangers FC attempted to avoid paying HMRC income tax and PAYE. That's the crux of the matter but most currant bun sites indicate that the the buns don't grasp this bit, they just think why we should we pay tax to HMRC.

BECAUSE, it's the kind of tax that every employer collects from employees, hands over to HMRC, and at the same time hands over the employers contribution. You buns get this taken off your wages every week/month by your employer and the employer hands over to HMRC.

Rangers FC evaded doing this. They got into a scheme they thought was legal, whereby employee tax and paye did not need to be collected, and neither did employers contributions.

HMRC thought otherwise and presented Rangers with a tax bill. Rangers are contesting that, they have the right to do so, but if they lose the appeal, Rangers will have been found guilty of tax avoidance.
That is bang out of order. Why can't they just act like every other law abiding employer, law abiding employers like the ones their fans work for.
