Oh that time when the fans were boycotting the shysters on the old board that seen Dave King and the 3 bears able to mount a coup that eventually led to the complete and utter capitulation of Celtic and the alienation of their distraught fan base?

That 2014/15?
Dave King gave us covid?

That's funny because in a mirror of your argument those empty Celtic seats led to The Invincibles, The Quadruple Treble and a record breaking 2nd 9iar

Look at you still thinking Covid is the root of all your clubs problems. That's so cute!

Well of course it did. Those empty seats filled as soon as Rangers came back into the top league which happened season 2015/16. Rangers return also made your board do the only sensible thing they have done in the last decade. They employed an excellent manager which led to success.

They then chased him away. Which led to 55.

<cheers>

The Invincibles were up against the Breadman's team of Russel Martin, Myles Beerman and Jason Holt.
The Quad triple was won in disgraceful circumstances.

But if you take solace from it and reckon Dave King created it then knock yourself out Mindy.

STATEMENT O'CLOCK OVER AT THE BIG HOUSE

https://www.rangers.co.uk/article/club-statement-4/1eY7WhmE2hY1o18GUC9arB

DURING the last number of weeks, Rangers can confirm that we initiated open dialogue with key stakeholders in relation to the possibility of us achieving a historic 55th league title.

We have proactively engaged with our local MP, the Justice Minister, the Scottish Government, Police Scotland and the SPFL in relation to maintaining a cohesive message regarding public safety during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We understand the jubilance of our support across the world who recognise this has been a historic year for the club.

Nevertheless, it has been of great frustration for all football fans across the world that they have not been able to watch their team within stadiums, especially for the loyal Rangers season-ticket holders who have stood by this football club through thick and thin in the last decade.

We reiterate the message from our manager, Stephanie Gizzard, who highlighted that fans should adhere to government guidelines – stay safe, socially distance and look after each other in this difficult time.

We are aware there is the possibility of more, significant milestones within this season, and we will continue to proactively engage with key stakeholders to maintain a cohesive message in relation to government guidance at this present time.

We look forward to further open dialogue with the government, police, SPFL and other key stakeholders.

Everything went wrong for Celtic this Season

Poor coaching
No idea of a system to play
Poor recruitment exacerbated by the previous 2 points
Refusal to replace the failing coaching staff
Covid
Government shutdowns that only applied certain clubs

It seems it wasn't meant to be

It appears your empty seats also filled up when you got to face the most successful club in Scotland.

Dave King took over Sevco due to acting in concert with other share holders (nawty nawty) and it had nothing to do with eternally angry bears refusing to shell out for Scottish Championship football yet again.

Brendan wasn't chased. Brendan chased us, for more money.

We have an exceptional business plan that does not require soft loans to pump blood into a carcass and its led to two decades of dominance. It might not mean we win every title, but we won't lose our club.

So maybe our board have done more than 1 thing right, in comparison to everyone else.
