I feel your pain. We currently have an ambitious, visionary manager who has been badly let down by a completely disinterested owner. Which is frustrating, but still preferable to a completely disinterested owner and a clueless manager - which is what we'll be back to if Ralph walks or gets sacked. We'll probably get Steve Bruce, when Ashley sacks him.

Clubs dying tbh, stadium was emptying before the covid situation, and I have a few friends living up there the amount of fans of the traditional top 6 has exploded. It's easy enough to call them all plastic, which, we are, but it's preferable to just being ignored and actively hated by your own club.

Whatever happens to the club right now I couldn't care less, following someone else. It's just Ashley's club until he no longer wants it.

If any other business treated their customers the way football clubs treat their supporters, they'd go bust in no time. That goes for most clubs tbh

Be 8 years in May since utd last won a title.

16 for arsenal

Damn. These two swept up everything while I was growing up.

Lamb & Lion for us after racing.

A couple in there and then it's every man for himself <ok>

Wen't into the beer garden for the first time during a break in lockdown @ July time. Lovely meal, several scoops and then noticed people walking along the city wall in the garden itself. Thought I was pissed at first!

How many pints in before the P*ki songs start?

Funny enough, I dreaded the York Races mob more than any footy fans (or even EDL marches) when I worked trains @ 8 years ago. Especially the women. Women who've been drinking all day in the sunshine are a ****ing nightmare. Completely different from the same women who drink all day in Ibiza or Magaluf, imo. Edge of nastiness was scary. Got called all the Chinky, slit-eyed, yellow bastards going, language I'd never really heard since schooldays, tbh.

Tbf, we on the railway* are not that far away from Ashley. The government that owns us, anyway.

* Means you too, mate. <eek>
