I’d rather play someone else instead of Slater. He hasn’t added anything really since his arrival.
Batty?
Seriously though, why have we signed Flores if we're not gonna ****ing play him?

Did you see what happened with honeymans injury? i never saw a thing at the timeFirst real chance to watch the game in full this morning. Major points and terrace banter already discussed so well left alone. Thought losing the midfield battle and Docherty in particular was like a light switch being turned off. The difference in our game was frightening. Docherty and Honeyman are obviously so important at City these days the very thought of losing either of them will give McCann nightmares.
Fingers crossed.
**** off ****er **** **** bastard^
Looked like he got done to me but players argue it’s impossible to jump without showing signs of Turrets.
Maybe Darren Moore will take your advice. On the other hand he probably won’tPlay him from the start if he's that good then the game is yours to lose.
As for the ref being bias, i personally don't think that's this is the case, I think it's more a case of him being a soft touch, the Doncaster player's latched on to this quicker than we did, right form the kick off of the 2nd half , anytime we went near a Doncaster player they fell over and got a free kick they we're constantly complaining and appealing to the ref for anything building the pressure on him, at time's we needed to be more street wise when playing against side's like this, team's are now waking up to the fact that if you go head to head with us and play open football we'll beat you, but if you get in our face and pressurise us then we haven't got a answer and they in with a shout , 2nd half Doncaster got in our face's which gave Bostock the freedom to run the show from the moment he came on, imho at this point should have man marked him , instead we backed off and give him the freedom of the pitch to play his game and we resorted to lumping it up field and bringing almost constant pressure back on our self's and the blame for that has to be laid at McCann doorstep he needed to change it and didn't . If ever there was a game of two half's this was it, but fair play to Doncaster and Darren Moore, he saw they had a problem changed it and got a result from a game he had no right to please note Mr McCann.
If their manager out thought McCann by bringing on Bostock, why didn't he play him from the start?
That’s the crux of itYour question totally misses the point!
As others have said, maybe Bostock wasn't fit enough to start, I don't know.
The point is, Moore made changes that turned the game on it's head. Not just bringing Bostock on, but also changing the way they were playing. Yes, we lost Doc which for sure didn't help, but we have options. McCann just doesn't have that sort of tactical nous and flexibility; he proves it time and again. He was clueless in countering them. He really is poor.

There is an argument of course that McCann is simply a typical L1 manager who did well at Donny but failed at the last hurdle.
That is where Ehaw got him from right?
It's interesting that a L1 manager hasn't set the players with a mindset that would keep them level headed when dealing with the erratic refereeing and lower team's physical tactics that are very predictable.
He 'knows' this league. If only he knew a little more! There is an argument of course that McCann is simply a typical L1 manager who did well at Donny but failed at the last hurdle.

Lincoln’s defence and our attack maybe but other than that L1 is so f’kin
We may have to do that if Honeyman and Docherty are injured for any length of time.I'd have brought on Emmanuel at right-back and moved Coyle in alongside Jones.
If KLP had have looked across he would have seen Honeyman free in front of a open goal, and as you say if we had scored then they were not going to come back into it.We should have been out of site before they got back into it. If KLP puts it away, they’re not going to come back. But from the kick off in the second half, they were all over us, absolute disastrous second half. As soon as I saw Coppinger come on, I said he’d score. We were unlucky in the first half not to be 4 or 5 up, in the second half, we were lucky not to be 5 or 6 down. Bostock was the game changer, along with Doc going off, things went downhill quickly.
McCann really didn’t have an answer for Bostock. The players looked knackered at the end, no changes from Wednesday’s game was always going to catch up with them.
