With Osca away for the weekend, the dog, Iââ¬â¢m becoming more lazy than usual and had a lie in. Funny how a dog from the pound who you said you would never have becomes such a big part of your life. Its match day you know, bet you missed that fact, and for me all of today is simple a lead up to the time I take my seat and start chatting to those familiar faces around me. Faces I know so well but none with names, they just the people I sit with every game and talk to. I reckon we have a few groups of people on here who do the match day routine! People like me, donââ¬â¢t drink these days and drive so couldnââ¬â¢t if I did. For me itââ¬â¢s to the ground, park up and follow the same routine until the doors open then Iââ¬â¢m in. Some of you, yes its you psycho, it will be into town early to hit the pubs for a day on the beer with yam arras. Many, wont name and shame, will be working their little socks off because they know that the missus says they are allowed out if they get those little jobs done and get back from the shopping in time. There will be those who arnt allowed out early so will get into the ground for 2 and down a few on the concourse and hope the wife will not notice. Yes We Gyan and Gordon Armstrong will be in Tescoââ¬â¢s explaining to the manager how they could organise the frozen food section better. Our many friends scattered far and wide who canââ¬â¢t get to the game will be counting the hours until their dodgy internet connection sends through some pictures. Whatever your poison, enjoy the day lads and lasses, lets hope itââ¬â¢s a good one and get home safe.
Wish i was on the pop today marra, but i'm out for a meal tonight so taking the car, this KO change has screwed me over if the truth be told. 99% of the time you would have been right, however. Have a good sarrada folks, and lets beat those cockney mags.
