Not what I read, they reduced the value of the claim last October as it was patently absolutely absurd. Even at the level it’s currently at it still seems absolutely absurd. It stinks of an extremely speculative lawsuit that was banking on a settlement that’s been called clean out to me.

They're saying Staveley wants Rafa in place before takeover. Who knows.

Explains why Rafa left China and hasn't gone anywhere else though.
