You don't know who that is? Michael Howard was an MP for decades and lead the Tories for a couple of years when Blair was PM.
He's a Liverpool season ticket holder, by all accounts.
How he managed both that and the "managed decline" of Liverpool under Thatcher, I don't know.

He's at Anfield. You probably didn't recognise that, either... <whistle>
