Some very sad news that Klopp's mum has passed away. Even sadder given he cant travel bak to the funeral due to the restrictions.

Yeah ... if she's been ready to go for a while and he's not able to go over and see her before during or for funeral... I'll not mind him not giving two flying ****s about football...

There's a management team that can step up for a bit. Players that can step up and do their own jobs for a bit.

Horrible thing to happen in really rubbish circumstances..

May she rest in peace <peacedove>

She passed away on 19 January I understand and he was unable to attend her funeral. Since then what have most of us done? Whinged and moaned on forums and social media about the state of the team. Well, no more. I can shut me face for a start.

Yes, it all seems to have gone tits up for us, but so what? Klopp is already a legend. We'll come good again, maybe not this season, but we ain't done yet. We'll make sure he never walks alone. :emoticon-0165-muscl

Well said Wishi, a little positivity in (relatively) hard times

And this is what worries me when people and people like me react to things without knowing what's going on in the background. We speculate, accumulate, but you know it could be that for very, very good reason his mind hasn't been on the job of late. Not that I'm blaming him for our decline, I really think a few of our players need to look at themselves in the mirror. That said, if I'd been him when my mum was dying I would have said **** you Liverpool this is my mum.
