    No, I'm in the house.

Had a nice Thai takeaway with some decent wine though, not weetabix.

I also poured what was left of the last time I had a drink into a decanter that was given to us at Xmas by someone cos I think they didn't want it basically lol, I even tried giving it to my dad on boxing day ffs <laugh> it'll just sit there for ages til I get on it again and then regret drinking it for days after.

Looks better than half a bottle of captain morgans tho I spose. 20210206_221259.jpg

Doner looks a bit like meatloaf, but like you say it could be moist as.

I'd like to see that salad given a bit more care too. I like red cabbage thin sliced and plenty of pickles and ****.

Not complicated, lamb mince, paprika, salt and pepper, chilli powder, bound with an egg. Baked wrapped tight in foil, then finished under the grill. I marinated the beef fillet in chilli, garlic, some Moroccan spice mix and olive oil then grilled on skewers.

Wasn’t dry mate, have made the mistake of using breadcrumbs to bind before, and that was dry, but made like that it’s moist.

Yes mate. Lamb doner and was going to do lamb skewers but the lamb in the butchers was a bit fatty, so bought some fillet steak instead.

I reckon a fatty lamb would make a nice moist Doner though.

So you got sliced beef fillet on the plate and Lamb doner in the Pitta ?

Need some pics of how you've made all of this bro, otherwise it's gonna be loads of questions lol

Doner is made from lamb mince ffs. There’s doner meat in the pitta and on the plate. The fillet was cubed and skewered.

Yeah I know, but you can get lean or fatty mince. What I'm saying is that I reckon a fatty lamb would make a moist doner.
