SPEAKMAN SPEAKS With his first transfer window done, SAFC Sporting Director, Kristjaan Speakman, is looking to overhaul the club’s overall recruitment operation… "Moving forward, a lot of my work now is around some of the more medium term, strategic things. Around organisational structure, who is doing what and where. I'll be looking at the data analytics and recruitment as probably the number one thing, and then the academy programme. "There's a few departments to focus in on and a few processes to focus in on in the short term. We're in the process at the moment of identifying a head of player recruitment, trying to build out our performance analysis and data analytics team, which will obviously underpin and support some of our decision making processes for the summer and the next window. Sunderland can't ever have any other ambition than getting into the top two. So I'm never going to sit in any meeting and suggesting we lower our any standards any less than that. I see the team getting better from week to week, we need to see some greater consistency in results, that's fairly obvious and I think everyone would say that. But we've just managed to make some adjustments to our squad and I think we're better for it. From here on in, it's just over to the guys to try and do it. I don't see why we should ever drop our ambitions." https://www.a-love-supreme.com/single-post/speakman-speaks

Sounds ****e that mind. Is it not worth just putting up with the quarantine? Not sure how it all works , or will work, but it might be sharper than waiting for a jab. They are bloody flying with them here at the moment, God knows how they are doing it to be honest, well over 1/2 million yesterday.
