Somebody bought me a box of Heroes for Christmas. I love them but I've only eaten one of the contents since then.
I have one coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon. Other than that I drink tap water. No alcohol.
When I go to restaurants I dont have a starter or dessert.
As I get older I try to be as healthy as possible.
When I was under 40 I was very active. I would run most places. I played football, tennis and chess. I'd eat what I wanted and drink what I wanted.
After I became self employed I concentrated on work more.
