The later are just fines and forfeits which are a civil matter between the claimant and the accused..... People normally pay the fine and don't take it further which makes it a fruitful business to collect monies of the unwilling to fight it out types

Yeah I seem to remember us doing this one before mate, with the ‘laws of the sea’ & the ‘freeman of the land’ stuff, that someone had told you was legally fool proof. Which in fact, has the same level of legal literacy as the Magna Carta stuff we’ve seen recently.

 

Yeah that's right nobody beats the system do they lol.....but fact is people do beat the system but its never a big enough story for mainstream coverage.
