Not much movement anywhere......hardly surprising in the circumstances.

Birmingham have let Josh McEachran leave by mutual consent. Nothing to say we are interested in the player but somone available with no transfer fee involved on deal till end of season almost ticks all the boxes. Hopefully we will get one or two new faces in to freshen things up.

Looks like he has played less football the last year than even Johansen and de Dutchman, bad cruciate injury.

If we have any room left at the treatment table!

Seems very quiet. Looks like we are going to be light in central midfield and without a quality wing back for the rest of the season.
In numbers we are not short in CM, we have Cameron, Ball, George, Bettache, Johansen...we have bodies but little creation.

But...Left wing back I agree

Oh...did you see that grant hall has a strange front thigh injury that will keep him out for rest of season.
A bullet we avoided

Creativity not much I agree, I dont see a CM that goes box to box for 90 minutes effectively either. Also Cameron is in the back 3, Thomas on the Bench, injured or wide, Bettache I'm not sure where he's best and not played much. Leaves Ball and Johansen. Though I would like to see Chair tried deeper in central midfield, behind Willock.

I’d be surprised if he was that bold against Watford. If Johansen is vaguely fit then he will (and probably should) go with him and Ball with Chair ahead of them.

Youngster, right age for us.
Was at Charlton
Rated, but not getting play time.
Loan with option to buy.sounds good business

We are still building for the future..

West Brom have signed five players in this window / today. That's maybe the reason he has come to us. Never heard of him. Do we need another midfielder?

Yes, definitely. Stops that ****ing carthorse Cameron having to play there if Ball is suspended for a start.

He looked a really decent player when he came through very young. Guessing he’s had injuries and isn’t going to get games under Allardyce in their situation but he’s a proper player.
