It actually makes sense to me. The bein/saudi issue is more or less resolved.
The PL don’t want the arbitration as it may reveal things they would rather be left alone.

As the BEin/Saudi feud is resolving itself, BEin will probably welcome a takeover. I think once we see something close to announcement of unblocking of BEin by the Saudi's we can start the countdown.
Well to Bein if they can broadcast in Saudi and legally without piracy. They stand to benefit from a lot of subscriptions from Saudi. So it’s definitely in their interests!
