Yes but the new one is being manufactured in England
yes and no as it is being manufacture here and in a number of sites across Europe but since the european sites are producing a lower yield than expected the EU are demanding that AstraZeneca make up the shortfall from the the UK production site .However their policy appears ,at first sight , to mean they would restrict export of the pfizer vaccine to the UK to make up for the shortcomings shortfall .

I think we should all just calm down, stand back, and let Arlene Foster take control of this situation. <laugh>

You've obviously never read my views in the past on Northern Ireland mate. I just find all this absolutely hilarious. Funny watching Arlene stomp, well more amusing that Nicola.

Maybe we should replace Boris with Priti Patel and send them all out on a Hen Night

I've never been a supporter of Northern Ireland, it has only ever brought trouble to the mainland since I was a young child, and it's caused nowt but devastation, my first thoughts to places like Deal, where a bunch of kids got blown up. I think enough decades have passed now for it to become a United Ireland and end the aggro, but we've still got old dinosaurs like Arlene fighting the good fight. So if they were ever looking for a rift with the EU, then the bloc has just handed it to them on a plate.

Quick reminder, you can still think that Brexit was a demonstrably **** idea, and also think that on this issue the EU are seemingly acting like twats. The 2 things aren’t mutually exclusive.

I’m excited for the varied takes from Farage, Darren Grimes etc. massively conflating the two.

It looks like the EU may withdraw Article 16, they have admitted they did not think this through properly. Fair enough, everyone as they were.

That’s the sensible outcome, any dispute they’ve got with Astrazenca over the terms of their contract with them should be dealt with in the appropriate manner and not by grandstanding with threats like that.

Yup absolutely agree, the same as I agree we should all help one another, including sharing the vaccine. I think I heard a few of the states (countries) had put pressure on Brussels, not sure who they were, not that it matters. Glad they've sort it.

In the future we need to be a part of Europe BUT not controlled by Germany and France who appear. to only look after their own interests
