Carlo is creating a side that can win games in different ways, what came before him isn’t his issue, he’s had one window and spent well. We started the season playing open attacking football and were scoring goals for fun. Then we suffered a few injuries and the Richarlison suspension and it went pear. He’s since created a method of play that makes us extremely difficult to beat when we’re playing the better sides, it’s about balance though and we’re still a work in progress. However we’re infinitely better than the spineless often spiritless side he took over just over a year ago. We should have scored form a set piece last night btw, and 9/10 this season DCL finds the net with that header in the 89th minute.Knew you’d bite
In all seriousness though, who has spent more than Everton, both Manc clubs, Chelsea and Liverpool? I would imagine (without fact checking), that you’ve spent more than the north London two and other challengers like us. I’d want more from my team when spending £50mill on signings.
