City 3-0

I've got a feeling this might be a tougher game than last week, I hope it's not a case of after the Lord Mayors show performance.

Much the same team if fit as Saturday I guess, might he go with Emmanuel instead of Coyle for this one and Coyle rested for Saturday?

It would be another big statement of our intent if we can get another win.

It’s in conceivable that after thumping our rivals Portsmouth 4-0 that we will fail at Stanley. So it’s a win, draw or defeat for me...

3rd game in little over a week .. Two good performances .. just have to be a little guarded about fatigue .. might see one or two changes for this one I think .. rest a few legs .. be nice to continue performance levels .. we do have the option of Emmanual and Burke to come back in and even the likes of Crowley to give gorgeous George a rest .. reckon it will be tight .. win by odd the goal .. fingers crossed.

Tricky with Crowley I think. I can see he might be as creative as George (possibly) but the Honey Monster's tenacity and pressing and of course his set pieces have just been fantastic this season. Still at the moment feel much happier seeing Crowley coming on late on when there is a bit more space, but appreciate GM might need to rotate the midfield a bit at some point.

We need to put out a strong side for this game imo. Emmanuel and Burke for Coyle and Jones maybe but that's all. If players need resting maybe the Saturday game v Swindon would be a better choice.

I'd be tempted to stick with the same team and set up. But will all depend on fitness etc. I wouldn't be changing it just for the sake of it

I dont think its a matter of changing it for the sake of it .. but I do think we have to be careful of repeating the same mistakes we did earlier this season where you could see our midfield 3 running on empty .. thereby their performances dipped. Selective and measured changes are the key to longevity with games coming thick and fast.

That's exactly why I said it depends on fitness, but your right, we need to learn from our mistakes
