Very helpful lad said they had some problems with the doors on that model and he would send another. 3 days later and it duly arrived. Same thing happened a few months later. He said that they had now rectified the problem on later models but as returning it and doing the paperwork was a bind would I accept a refund and keep it so I could use the refund for the new model. Quite happily did so. Gave the old one to my lad whom doesn't use it as much as me and a year later he is using it without the front glass deteriorating any further, which is quite possible. Great service. Which pays off as I recommended them to a couple of other people who then bought items off the same company.

Beauty of an Instanpot is that it does the lot. Brilliant risottos in a few minutes instead of an hour of putting in a bit of liquid, stir repeat...Can use it to saute, steam, use as a pressure cooker and a slow cooker.
