"Ryan Bennett is in contention to return from a hamstring injury for tomorrow" is it just me but when you read that I think geez louise we've got so many good options at the back
We’re very strong at the back. When you look at we have two defences that could start week in week out.

Wouldn’t be FAC weekend without playing my fav FAC goal of all time. Dillis likes this one too the FTT.

Great goal, but I think Ronnie Radford's piledriver for Hereford, in the mud, against Newcastle, I972, just sneaks it for me.

The romance of the Cup. Can't beat it.

Ironically, I met a Hereford supporter earlier today, and we talked about that goal.

Totally agree. Growing up there was nothing like FAC weekends. Used to love all the build up especially ’the road to Wembley’ remember that, cameras on the busses, no social media back then so we got to see ‘normal’ behaviour away from pressers. Brilliant times.

Must admit that my favourite goal is Scott Sinclair’s second penalty at Wembley - not because it was a great goal (like Gary Stanley’s, or Curt’s (against Leeds), or Pratley’s or Celina’s) but because of the sheer emotion of that moment and the realisation that we were going back to the top flight <cheers>

For the youngsters on here - Gary Stanley’s is at around 1.55

Agree with you 100%, that’s my fav Swans goal as well.

Conor Hourihane makes his Swansea City debut as Steve Cooper makes seven changes for Swansea City’s FA Cup clash with Nottingham Forest.

The midfielder sealed a loan move from Aston Villa earlier in the week and he comes straight into the side for the fourth-round tie.

Ryan Bennett also starts after returning from injury, with Joel Latibeaudiere, Wayne Routledge, Liam Cullen, Yan Dhanda and Ryan Manning the other changes from the win at Barnsley.

Freddie Woodman, Marc Guehi, captain Matt Grimes and Connor Roberts all retain their places from victory at Oakwell.

You can download today's official teamsheet HERE.

Woodman is in goal, with Bennett, Latibueadiere and Guehi making up a three-man defence.

Roberts and Manning occupy the wing-back slots, with Hourihane slotting in alongside Grimes and Dhanda in the middle of the park.

Routledge and Cullen are paired together in attack.

Ben Hamer is cup-tied, while the game comes too soon for fellow new arrival Jordan Morris.
