No. Those documents were from the Saudi supreme Court. The documents NUFC has 'allegedly include acknowledgement from our own foreign secretary, thst for the purposes of investment in the United Kingdom, the sovereign wealth fund is recognised as legally separate.
Surely then the Premier League will have to just say ok then and no need for arbitration?

it is nothing. Basically, all the companies created last year to takeover the club - JV1, Cantervale - all filed their statements. No surprise, they were all set up at the same time so naturally would all file statements at the same time.
Good news - none of them are dormant. We also may get some accounts in the coming days that may show transactions involving MASH or NUFC, which would then reinforce the idea they haven't gone away..
I firmly believe that If we stay up this takeover will go through... What worries me is that as a nufc we should all know how this ends.
