Underachieving under rafa? We finished 10th and 13th.. I'd say that was good going personally with the group of players we had... Once we had Almiron perez and rondon for the last 4 months we were actually a decent side. Took the 7th highest points tally from end of the window to the end of the season....
It wasn't bruces fault Ashley let rondon go or perez, but he's had 100 million and max and Wilson alone make up for that... Fraser, Lewis, Joelinton and Hendrick are all absolute ****e though and 3 of them were his picks

I agree with this actually.
We weren't pretty, nor adventurous. But we had a style at least, we did that thing well and clubs knew thats what they got when they played against us. A tough game.
Now we are styleless, confused and utterly unimaginative.
Its painful.
Boring football but we were good at it... Neville the failed manager has the same problem many people do and its not identifying the difference between a solid counter attacking side and just bad football
Neville isn't the best pundit imo, he makes clangers regularly and has lost his mojo after Valencia.
