I'm not convinced he is, and if so it may not be by much.
Judging by Bruce's recent comments I think he's actually trying to get sacked.
Don't get me wrong I'd be gutted if Hughes replaced him, but the sad part is at this point I'd just be relieved whoever it was..
Bruce's made a right hash of things.. He inherited a solid unit with good foundations, but they've been dismantled over his tenure piece by piece... The side can't even take throw ins, free kicks and corners... I'd rather have pulis at least we'd be good at something...

If fans where there he wouldn’t be able to turn a blind eye to it (SB). It might not change things for MA but it would ensure SB isn’t so deluded.
Plus it would be picked up on tv how bad it is and how we feel and maybe some of these pundits would change their mind. Having said that it might also go against us. “Look at the geordies complaining again, what do they expect....Yada Yada”.

Word on the street is that Bruce has been told that results are unacceptable and that he has one month to address it or else.
It's all about money and where the club tells the player they can go.. Its only a few months so loans are the best option to keel us up... Personally I'd sack Bruce though or he'll manage anyone he didn't pick out the club like he has with all rafas players and the scouts since day 1
