Tell you what, that interview looked like a man who is under zero threat whatsoever of losing his job.

I mean, he even says "you'll have to ask someone else" when asked about his position, and he was half smiling. He knows for an absolute fact nobody can get so much as a fart out of Ashley's gang of dickheads.

The same club that were livid to lose Bruce cos he was doing a decent job

I don't want any of the old idiots off the merry-go-round of ****e. Might aswell stick with Bruce

I want Howe or someone like that. He's free so there's absolutely no reason to go for someone like Hughes when he's available

I want Howe, been screaming for it. Got told by one or two on here he was the same as Bruce.

Howe would be absolutely fantastic at Newcastle, not a single doubt in my mind.

We are far too **** to go for him tho

I'd take Howe over Hughes every time, however I'd take Hughes over Bruce if that was the only option.

Where else can he realistically go? Could hang on for the Celtic job, maybe Palace but don't think many better jobs will be coming up anytime soon
 
It's utterly, utterly hopeless. Bruce stays, we go down. Ashley's allowed to appoint another cheap-as-chips dinosaur, same result. Takeover cancelled because the clubs relegated, all of it so easily avoidable.

Honestly I feel like I'm genuinely in a nightmare with Newcastle, it just looks so bizarre and so surreal that it just can't be real life. How can nobody employed by NUFC speak out, make a difference, suggest a change? How can Ashley make the same mistake FOUR TIMES? How can Charnley be culpable in that mistake, also FOUR TIMES!!

It's beyond nonsense. It's maddening craziness! If lower league football was on, I'd jack this **** in altogether. I can't just up sticks and support Leicester, but my local town team where my son plays U-9's would become "my team"!!
