Some of our shooting last night would get laughed at on a Sunday night 5 aside league.

Minamino is sh!t but his last performance against Palace was more than we've seen from Firmino in months, yet he won't get picked

He's brilliant as a number 6 but we would get much more out of him if he's playing as the 8 with Fabinho holding.

I'd swap bobby with Jota but you're right - that is an immense team. Several truly world class footballers. you only have to look at earlier this season and we were playing pretty well and winning games.

It's a shame we won't be seeing this any time soon.

Not sure if it was mentioned earlier but it's funny how the ref blew the whistle earlier when Mane was clean through on goal ... Pretty much shows how we're having little to no luck at the moment.

This is the reason I keep saying any kneejerk conclusion against this team is a misrepresentation of the true facts. We are playing like a team struggling through structural issues due to the injuries.

The impact of losing all our senior CBs to injury as well as our inform attacking player has not allowed us to field a consistent team.

Losing Virg and Joe was bad but since we lost Matip it has been a struggle since weve lost quality options in MF. A fully fit LFC walks this league by a mile again. Hopefully we get some more bodies fit and find some form soon. A win at United in the cup could give us a major boost in confidence
