Bishop looked good for Accrington from the bits I saw, one to look at maybe. 24 years old and seems to have the confidence our forwards have almost none of.

Yeah - I any saw the last 5 minutes and the goals, and he took them both really well. He is a bit like Lynden Gooch - let's hope that the Californian Messi is back tomorrow.

I only saw the start and the end which is typical with the time we have tea, looks a canny player. I'd like us to look at players like him, not necessarily got the ability for higher leagues but good enough to get us promoted and get the dressing room buzzing with confidence.

I don't know if we sign players without confidence or if it's something we do to them but it's a problem we've had for some time. I think Johnson knows the importance of it and more importantly knows how to build it.
