He's back at Birmingham now.The last ex-Arsenal midfielder we signed who had made his name at Birmingham was Jon Toral. I hope Crowley has a netter fitness record when he is with us.

Still think a striker is needed, one that isn’t a big clumsy target man.
Imagine what it would be like if our strikers hadn't missed so many chances.I kind of agree and wouldn't complain if we got one, but we are also the second top scoring team In the league ATM. So it's obviously not the issue it has been for the past number of seasons. If it's a top quality signing then yes great, but let's not just do it for the sake of it. The business this window had been top notch so far

Worth remembering that six of those goals came from KLP before he was banned from starting, four from Eaves who's now injured and three from Adelekun who's now gone.
I agree that we've done good business this window, though sorting the KLP situation would be the best bit of business we could do.
I fear that there will be a problem sorting out KLP. The two sides are dug in. I think he might go before the end of the window. The club will not want another Henriksen situation. I see a loan or permanent move coming. What a disaster for all.
If they are arguing about 2 +1 or 3 + 1 then why not 2.5 + 1 as a compromise?Realistically, in the current financial climate, who is going to pay a decent amount of money for a young lad who's played Approx 37 first team games, all at lower level champ and league 1. There is a vast amount of highly experienced players without clubs, much more experienced players which could be bought etc.. I just don't see it ATM unfortunately. The best thing all around for club and player would be the new contract sorted and playing regular football
