    Last 2 nights after work, i watched, enemy ay the gates, and enter the dragon.
    both great, but enemy at the gates really is superb.

    It's one of those that has you hooked from the first scene to the last.

    Lots in the film to mention but what they say to the kid's mum at the end, rather he defected than was killed.

    my best 2 films ever are, Platoon, by a long way, then Full metal jacket.....there is a theme there.....

    That's more like it. Best 2 war films or best 2 films overall?

    I watched Usual Suspects again last week after not seeing it for years. That's right up there as one of my best ever.

    nothing will change my mind, platoon and full metal jacket, best films ever made imo. but yes, usual suspects is class,, one of those films you need to watch several times to get it.

    You've probably watched them all but if you like war films and want to watch something a little different, I recommend RAN. It's japanese and subtitles but well worth a watch.

    It's the best fly on the wall documentary out there imo because you as the viewer go straight in after the crime and watch what happens unfold.

    She was a fcking bitch. The way she tried to play the system and her delay tactics. I loved it when the desk sergeant sends the sandwiches back because she's claimed she's gluten intolerent and says either she picks from the menu or she doesn't eat! <laugh>
