The obvious problem is who plays alongside Fab at CB. Williams is to slow and inexperienced, Phillips is more experienced and good in the air but also slow. Do we not play such a high line, but that will affect the rest of the team. Except for CB position team picks itself as below

We look slow, lack of pressing and effort. Our passing is criminal at times and our finishing is just terrible.
