Feel a bit for him - was a club singing to replace Deeney who then never left and he hardly played - as probably not want Ivic wanted in a striker.

Well with Perica out long term it seems we'd have to get a replacement in.

Not sure really - the club really supported Deeney over Ivic so would they get rid so soon?

The Daily Fail headline says "West Ham open to paying £30m". It doesn't say anything about Gino being open to receiving it though. I doubt he'd want to make a loss on the player, especially as he sees him as the one who's most likely to get us back into the Premiership.

We desperately need a striker and they don.t come cheap
