Though she appeared in 'A View to a Kill', clearly she should have appeared in 'You Only Live Twice'.
I'm hearing some very sad news via Facebook that Richard (Rick) Gammon. The Hull poet has passed away. I often saw him at City games. A great guy who will be sadly missed. RIP Rick.
Thank you for your kind words. I am his son and very sad to say that this is true. He used to post under the name of Cool either on here or on the footymad boards, I'm sure that there are many on here who knew him from when we used to sit in E3 before we were turfed out to the North stand. We used to travel the country together following City and this has left us with some great memories. For those that knew him, you will understand that a very large character has left us and unfortunately, due to lockdown, he will not get the send off he deserves. I hope to arrange a drink in his memory when pubs reopen. If anyone is interested then you can PM me your details and I will get in touch when this can be arranged. Thank you
I'm very sorry for your loss. I often saw your dad at KC and at away games. We were only chatting on Facebook a few days ago about going to Crystal Palace on tiger travel and the driver ending up at Crystal Palace athletics stadium, despite your dad telling the driver he was going the wrong way. A great character and a superb poet who will be sadly missed by everyone in the Hull writing community. God bless.
Very funny, I remember that very well.Thankfully, I took the train that day. I think it may have been my other brother who directed the driver to the athletics stadium though.
Colin Bell. RIP Childhood hero of mine. Nijinsky. Supreme athlete for Man City, career cruelly hampered by injuries.
I remember him well and chatted with him at away gamesl, a great guy indeed and very laid back. RIP, and condolences to his family.
Can't resist - first time I've posted CTK this year. It'll not be the last Without C., S. & N. obviously.
