It's a ONE year contract with an option to extend it to another if Celtic and Lennon want to. If one or the other doesn't then it's a done deal, TTFN,Cya sucker etc etc etc.

 

Definitions of rolling contract. a contract for a specific period of time (eg one month or one year) that continues for further periods of time until one party decides to end it. You must normally give the other party notice before a specific date if you want to end a rolling contract.

You can be sacked on the spot at anytime mate. After the year the option to roll into another year can be stopped and the manager let go. Some notice would have to given probably but that's exactly why it's called a rolling contract.
