It may or may not happen in the future, but wouldn't be happening now. We'd be a laughing stock. It would be embarrassing. Sandgaard would wonder what he'd bought himself into. Charlton fans are better than that.

Ivor and Doctor Kojak have no doubt been in dialogue today.
 
Lampard did better when they had a transfer embargo on. Actually allowed a few fearless young players to shine.

I wonder where Charlton would be in the leagues today if we still had Gomez, Lookman, Konsa and our other terrific youngsters still playing for us.
Maybe in 10 years time we'll be able to hang onto a few of our best kids.
 
OGS has now blown 4 semi finals with United, as well as leading them to ignominious failure in the Champions League this season. It’s bloody frustrating betting on him to get the sack. He’s like a frog trapped in a box. Stuck in the corner in the dark most of the time, but summoning a futile leap to safety every so often <doh>
 
I read this morning that a giant banner was hung up only last weekend inside Stamford Bridge:

IN FRANK WE TRUST
....THEN, NOW, FOREVER

It cost £1,000 (paid for by Chelsea fans) and lasted ... 1 game <doh>
