Wycombe have signed Grant Basey on loan from peterborough. Looking at his history, he could be a handy player as he has spent most of his career in either championship or league 1, and should be a whole lot better than sandell is currently

Hopefully he's looking for a longer spell, otherwise he won't be too committed for just 1 month. If he's trying to impress to get a longer term deal then great.

He'll do a good job for you, but it's essential that your club dietician gets hold of him early.

He's exceptional at dead ball situations.

    IMO, excellent signing.

He tends towards the chunky is all I'm saying Rocky...:emoticon-0105-wink:

Came back from a very bad injury a couple of seasons back, but never really re-established himself.

He's not hugely fast, but his positional play is good and he overlaps well.

It's dead ball situations that are his strength, excellent corner taker and a venomous hitter of free kicks.

Is he as good as Ray Wilkins or Duberry? Description sounds familiar.
