Don't drink a lot but this Covid malarkey has got me so missed off I'll carry on doing my little bit for the brewery trade, not that they'd notice.
im off the ***s a year and stopped the drink 8 months ago at 12 ill have a tipple but i've never felt fitter or looked better, the training is going grate as well
Only had a couple of drinks over the last year after I stepped on the scales and tipped over 22st! So I decided to change my lifestyle and being 48 decided to get fit! I now tip the scales at ,15st7lb and decided not to drink beer again and only drink spirits. Feel great for it but definitely can't wait to get smashed hahaha
real archery i have 4 bws 1 recure 1 original long bow and 2 recurve decurved long bows before the lock down the team entered me for the German championship but covid put paid to that please log in to view this image

The reason I asked my mate whose 60+ had new hips a few years ago and got bored doing nowt so took up horse archery and this year he was asked to join the British archery team and he accepted but couldn’t do it because of Covid his names John Goodwin if you want to check
Never ever want to be the size I was mate 44" waste was just shocking! Now I'm in a 36" and charity shops have always got them in! Hahaha
Yes I am doing it with Mrs W. Need to get half a stone off well maybe a fraction more. Good luck to all.
