As we've entered Tier 4 and seem to have been drinking since the takeover was first rumoured, I'm going to try and get through January without any real ale, wine, whisky or spiced rum... Must be nigh on 30 units a week at present.

Anyone planning on doing it or care to join me?

Aye mate, I am sticking to energy drinks instead, dragon soup all round.

Aye mate me and our lass are doing it and we also going fully veggy for jan as well<ok>

started a while ago mate, but on new year ill treat myself to a couple of malts and a few beers, i can definitely see how laying off the beers makes you look and feel a lot better i know i do
