This guy was a real character, it was sad day when he was sacked. I hope I enjoys the bike rides in Kazan but the roads might be a bit icy!
 
Norman Collier was a real character. Probably as good as Slutsky was as a football manager too. At least we'd have got some entertainment on the touchline if Norman had of got the job instead, if it was characters we were looking for and not someone who actually knew what they were doing. Slutsky just paced up and down with his head in his hands. Nice bloke though because he rode a bike, waved to the crowd and smiled a lot.

A lot of shortcomings can be tolerated when someone smiles and is a decent person.
