God I hate him. He mentioned that a LOT of players have been at the club for a long time. We have been **** for a long time...... and then.... He says we have made progress. How can you make progress if you have the same bunch of ****ing players you idiot!!! Our midfield has been rank with minimum possession for the last 4 years and there’s a common link. The worst thing about Bruce is the fact he seems to have never questioned his approach in his 20 years of management. It seems to me that whetevever he's been he's told him self it was injuries or found any excuse he can for the team not performing. I suspect the friends around him, pundits etc have always pampered his ego and told him he's right. The thing is that he's still doing well points wise, but I have little doubt the next 3 games will finally unmask the true situation. It's been getting worse since he started tampering with rafas system... He's done nothing but change formations, the starting line up and reinvent players positions in that time.. I've concluded that Bruce simply is simply trying to stumble across something that works and that everytime he's done it he's made the situation worse.. It reminds me of that nursery rhyme.. He swallowed a fly.
Lose the next 3 and he’s under pressure no doubt. Let’s be honest there’s a high chance we could get thumped 3/3 games and concede over 8 goals. Then comes the hanging point. We have Sheff Utd and Arsenal. If he’s still here and wins one we are probably safe and he’s hanging on in there. Win both and he’s the messiah in the pundits eyes. But lose them both and I think we are in serious trouble of being relegated. Ashley has the biggest gamble of his life coming up.
Just listened to Steve bruces post match presser and the words he said are not as written. Similar, but not the same and if I'm being completely honest I agree with every word he's said. He's quite simply just told everyone we're where we are, it's not good enough for Newcastle, but we have to accept where we are.

Summing up our manager, we signed a right winger, tall and strong in Joelinton. For an entire season he was played as a targetman, without a single bit of support and now he's back to playing right wing at the same standard of play at his German club. Hes ****ing clueless.
