I am mate. Been a manic week. Well a manic year really. I'm burnt out, The only bright light was that October thing, and all your donations.

No chicken this year mate.

Lamb and beef in the oven. Meatloaf ready to go too. I got the basic recipe online and added some bits to it.
Started with some pork sausage meat, chopped some spring onion, and blended a big carrot and some cornflakes, added that to the pork meat then added half a kilo of beef mince and mixed it all up, lined the tin with bacon, and the apple and pear chutney in the Middle.

 

Crikey mate, some effort gone into that.

 

Wanted to do a meatloaf for yonks tbh.

1st time so hope it comes out ok

Hope you all had as good a Christmas day as me & Mrs Solid . My Mum managed not to **** up the dinner , though she did have us twitching when not long after we arrived she said i'm not sure i've worked out the times correct though it turned out fine , and me and Mrs ended up happily pissed .

had to make a 6 mile uphill bike ride to get fed, my legs are destroyed.

 

at least its downhill to home which is much the better way .
