I like to whack in a banana, a tps of turmeric, honey, two or three cloves of garlic (pounded in a pestle and mortar) and sometimes beetroot. I add orange juice so that I've got about half a pint and neck it. Disgusting but damned good for ya!What varients mate.. I like to mix things up.. I put mint in also when I have it but forgot to list..
I sometimes use peas instead of cucumber and mango instead of pineapple because I run out

Sounds lovely. I struggle to eat or drink a think after a long run. Just wanna lay horizontal and relax.I will definitely have it. No reason to make it compulsory though.
Not sure when we will get a decent one here - they have the Chinese one in country but think I would rather wait till I am in UK and have a proper one.
In the meantime;
Baby Spinach (2 handfuls)
Banana
Apple (1/4)
Kiwi (1/2)
Papaya (few bits)
Goji Berries (couple of dessert spoons)
Chia Seeds (couple of dessert spoons)
Honey (2 teaspoons)
Water
All blended and drunk as breakfast, immediately after my run.
