I'm just cracking back on with with healthy living thing.. Tbh this smoothy is actually very nice... Seriously refreshing and it's good for the immune system..

Well I paid the price for steroids a few years ago and developed gynecomastia... Had them removed, but still some present after removing my compression vest 4 weeks on from surgery.... You live a learn I guess...

Ah right, now I understand. I thought this was some weird phase you were going through that you would regret later. Where in fact it's the regret of using steroids. I guess you've become conscious of the change to your body and are trying to rectify it, that's fair enough.

I don't know what liquid plaster is, I'm not sure if I want to know either. Just look after yourself mate. Btw I'm not taking the piss, I was just curious, because I saw constant conversation regarding some part of your anatomy.
