It’s quite remarkable tbh. We had lockdown again in November, but now we’ve got people rammed into shops, mostly without masks, as if it was any normal year. Yet they wonder why cases are massively rising again? REALLY?

Now we’ve got the family Christmas COVID parties looming. What could possibly go wrong........

Which virtually everyone will ignore, as they’ve said no overnight stays and a decent percentage of the country will be travelling.

How will Tier 4 affect football. Surely you can't have football players travelling into Tier 4 areas or players out of Tier 4 areas?

 

Footballers will be exempt I'm sure.

 

Maybe, but I don't think they should be, not under Tier 4 conditions, seems a bit unfair otherwise, as they will come in contact with players, stewards etc from Tier 4 areas. especially if this new strain of the virus is more transmissible.

Edit: and considering more players are going down with covid now.
