WBA sacking Billic is ludicrous. They came up with a Championship squad, gave him less than £30m and they’re where you’d expect them to be, but not cut adrift and in with a chance as they showed last night.

So they sack him and bring in gravy kecks, shocker.

Losing to Newcastle was probably final straw for them. Only one win in 13 and against the worst side in the league.

Not too surprised really. I give them a better chance of staying up with Sam than Bilic.

This time last year we were 22 points behind dem red men, this season 5.
So youre comparing your position now in relation to us last year with a fully fit squad..
Whatever makes ya feel better bro<laugh>

They’ve not backed him, and they are where they should be.

I hope chippy tits bombs there tbh, and they go down with a whimper.

This is what I hate about the clamour to sack managers when results aren’t going well. What the **** was Billic supposed to do differently ? He’s got practically the same squad as last year and it was always going to be a challenge in the prem for them.

Fat Sam the relegation specialist. What an inspiration....

As Maureen rightly said, you’re now missing one automatic starter.

Your defensive record this season since St Virgil sadly passed is better than when he was playing btw.

So yeah I am comparing the 2 seasons at the same point, as it’s just factual information.

Wilder's still employed though, even though Sheffield are as **** as their points tally suggests.

i was just correcting the implication in your post but considering how often you bring us up in your posts i think it a bit rich that you seem to have a problem on me commenting on EFC
We chose to spend £113m on players in the year and ended up with a net loss of circa £60m.

Operating costs are down, commercial revenues doubled, debt is next to nothing, and the owner is about to launch a new share issue of circa £250m.

Being backed by Billionaires determined to get what they want, is sound, I like it.

Don’t cry btw, I was only asking.........
