if those 3 weeks have concluded early, I’d say it’s a knocking bet that a compromise has been reached. The trip to the Middle East and mood music about a way forward with a Saudi figurehead add to that argument. hopefully a statement will be issued soon. How long does it take to complete the physical transaction.. anyone know?
