I get barred from the Gooners' board on the back of a kangaroo court decision, with people chipping in admitting that they don't know all the facts, and without any proper review of the evidence.

Of course, because the only evidence that exists is nothing more than me having a little bit of banter, amidst mainly discussing football, and with the odd bit of (expected) retaliation when some Gunner idiot pushes me too far.

I think the only reason I got barred from their board is because now that they are officially the worst London team in the EPL, with a dead-man-walking manager, and the most comical defence since The Keystone Cops played The Buster Keyton XI back in 1921, they are hyper-sensitive to even the merest criticism.

The only other reason I can think of is that their board is ruled by a small minority of humourless, thick idiots who somehow bully their weak and ineffectual so-called moderators into taking actions that have the effect of turning their board into the most humourless place on the face of the earth, barring the Scouse board.

It's one or the other. I can't decide which.

In that case why would you want to go there! HIAG use your efforts on here, you are among friends. It's always best not to interfere with private grief. <ok>

Gooners are sensitive because they are gooners. For far too long they have held the high ground and lorded it over us - too many of their followers only know an arsenal side that ruled supreme and now that the boot is on the other foot and we look down upon them they don't like it.

Yes, I can certainly see the force of your argument, there, my friend <ok>

I don't know, Spurf, I truly don't.

It's like a sore tooth, I just have to keep touching it.

Actually, all joking aside, there are a few - not many, it must be said - Gooners over there who are eminently sensible. How on earth they can continue posting over there is beyond me, because they are in the midst of some of the thickest juveniles I have ever encountered. God help them, is all I can say! I'll be praying for you!

That is certainly very comforting to know, and I thank you for saying so <ok>

I can't answer your question HIAG as I'm p*****g myself laughing at the moment! Brilliant mate, absolutely brilliant! <ok>

That about sums it up. They don't like it up 'em Mr Mannering.

If we are canny we can maintain this lead over them for a long time to come. We need a manager who can match the status of Bill Nicholson or George Graham. For me there's only one man to do that. Ensil is right, they are not used to us beating them so often, what is it now 2 wins in the last 10?

The Gooners just dont like waking up one morning and realising they are ****e. After years of arrogance they are now smelling the equivalent of the global annual product of Nescafe in one hit.... #theresmoreatmosphereinamorgue

After having Wenger at the helm for fifteen years, some of his personality is bound to rub off onto their fans. And, just like Wenger, they can't handle a little stick - even though they're quite happy to go along with Wenger slandering other clubs' players and staff on a weekly basis, or going along with the fantasy that his players alternate tactics between niggling fouls and blatant diving.

That would be a good point if it wasn't bollocks <ok>

Well, I can only speak for myself - and thus that theory applied to me - is bollocks <ok>

As I said I have no wish to get embroiled in this as I am fully aware that there are some realistic and well grounded AFC fans - unfortunately for them they tend to get tarred with the same brush that has been used on the not so realistic and deluded AFC follower. Some might suggest that the best course of action might be to put one's own house in order first. <ok>

I have no axe to grind with those AFC fans that have contributed to this thread <ok>

Don't we all have fans who are divided on opinions? That's normal isn't it?
I don't have any problem with different views, I've got my own and I'd expect to be able to voice them.

I believe that Arsenal are in a strong position both for this season and the future.
I've no problem with those hold the view that we are in a crisis, I just don't share it.

Contrary to HBIC's assertion (and hence it being bollocks), both the manager and the fans are able to handle stick.
We get it from Spurs, Utd and Chelsea fans, we even got wummed by a Shrewbury fan for a while <laugh>

Barring the Scouse board? Come again? Our's is class thanks.

Might just be that you're a twat.

Just to pull you up an a technicality though I'm afraid Ensil,
that Shrew isn't buried, he is merely sheltering in some rocks.
