Arsenal's keeper could be the next to leave, sounds like he's trying to engineer himself a move by saying he would like to join Barca!,according to the report on the bbc gossip column

I wonder if he wants to join Spurs in January?
He can learn a lot from the experienced Friedel and Cudicini.

Best keep him away from Gomes, though. <laugh>

Actually he looks pretty much like Gomes to me - brilliant shot stopper but prone to mistakes.

Perhaps his concentration can be improved by coaching though.

He's a very good young keeper, but it must be worrying that he already appears to be eyeing up a move, assuming that the quotes are correct.

He should've done better with Walker's piledriver, but it did swerve dramatically at the end.
If Almunia had been in goal instead of him, then we'd have got about 8.

Citeh are short of strikers and have shown an interest in VP, apparently. They will have to change the name of the stadium to the Marie Celeste if this carries on!

I would love to have Szcesney as our keeper. I rate him very highly. He is young, confident and commanding. Yes he has made one or two errors, but he is still only 20/21 and has many years to get rid of these errors. He is far less error prone than Gomes, and as a goalkeeper, he has a tremendous market value for his age and stature.
Friedel can only play for Spurs for a maximum of 2 years and Cudicini just hasn't been able to get in the first team.

I'd take him!

i would as well, most young keepers are prone to a mistake or 2,it's if they learn from them or not which finds them out.Gomes does'nt,he just keeps making the same ones
